The bottom line is that you had sex with a stripper without using protection and have put your wife at risk for health problems. I appreciate your home testing methods, but why not take your health and your wife’s health more seriously and make sure that BOTH of you get a full battery of tests from a hospital or a doctor who understands EXACTLY what happened.

(If this “stripper” had unprotected sex with you, my guess is she’s had it with others before and after you, too. 🙁 )

Next, tell your wife what happened and what a stupid mistake you made, and how you’re never going to do it again. There is such a strong chance she’s going to find out from someone else at the party or from gossip emanating from one of the bachelor party guests, that your strategy needs to be total disclosure.

You may also want to deal with your alcohol issues that led you to be so drunk you behaved irresponsibly. Your wife may feel better about the situation if she knows that you’re not just apologetic and remorseful, but are actually doing something, like dealing with your alcohol issues or the friends surrounding the party, to change the behavior that led to this unfortunate incident.
