If after 3 years, a guy you met online hasn’t made a move to make this something a little more important than what he has, especially after a few dates here and there and some texts and calls, he’s basically lonely and isn’t really into you enough to pursue you with any serious intent, or else he’s just filling time with all the women it’s easy to meet online.
If you’re looking for a serious relationship, he’s not your guy. My advice is to stop wasting time and move on.
