Now that he’s back in his own country, he’s dating other women. He doesn’t want to hurt you, so he doesn’t tell you directly. He also still has feelings for you which is why he gets upset when you get upset. He called you naive because he wants you to automatically know, without his having to tell you, that he’s dating other women.
