The body language is residual relationship emotion — in other words, people don’t turn off at the drop of a hat. She may be clear she doesn’t want to date you any more, but she may still be attracted to you and feel affection for you. The latter is not what drives a healthy relationship. Her temporary change of heart was just a passing whim of emotion. She’s moving on, and you should, too.
