What you do is up to you, but I can tell you for sure that you can’t make him be who he isn’t. I know you want him to be someone who treats you “properly”, but he’s showing you clearly he isn’t that guy. As long as you keep trying to change him, you’re going to be unhappy.
It’s best to accept who he is and understand he’s not your Mr. Right.
I’m sorry because it isn’t what you wanted to hear, but I think you’ll be a lot happier if you look for a man who is and does what you want a guy to do. This guy may be right for someone else, but not for you.
