I have been with the same man for almost 3 years now…
Our relationship has been like most with its ups and downs…over the past little while my boyfriend has been introducing me and calling me his romantic entanglement, I am not sure how I should be responding to this. I don’t understand where this title came from and wondering if this is just a way of downgrading me from his girlfriend status or if this is a new relationship comittment level . I am lost I feel sometimes that it is a way of not admitting he is in a real relationship , I called him my date once and he was not impressed and made a point of saying so , I also have told him I am not sure I understand and like this title of romantic entanglement but he never gives me a response..Please , if you can give a clairity on to what this means would be great .

Strange…why didn’t he like being called your “date”? He could be calling you this to be playful, but it sounds like he’s having issues with being in a committed relationship.
